Greetings from Baja. Alive and well after spending almost 3 mo. in
the hospital for some major work on my lower aorta and my heart.
But by the grace of God, I came out all well. Thank you for all your
prayers and helping my wife go through this tough time. I was having
pain in my groin area, an aneurism was growing into a golf ball size.
I went to UCI Medical hospital and they found I had a major
infection growing in that area. My lower aorta was all infected.
Doctor sent for a new aorta that a 28 year old man had donated.
Surgery was 6 hrs. long. I spent 19 days in the hospital. After all that,
they had my heart tested and found out that it is was only working at
35%. I had 2 arteries clogged up and the 3rd one was only working at
75%. So after 2 weeks at home, my moms house I went back in to
have open heart surgery to do 2 bypass’s on my heart. It went well, so
well that after I came off the drugs, they had me sit up in bed. The
2nd day I was walking around my room. The 3rd day doctor saw I
was doing well, he said if I can walk around the floor 2 times I could
go home. So I walked around the floor 5 times. I came home in 4
days. Only 4 days after having open heart surgery. Wow, the things
they can do now. Only by the grace of God, things can be done. Give
him all the praise.
Jeremiah 16:14 Heal me Lord, O LORD, and I shall be healed; Save
me Lord, and I shill be saved, For You are my praise.

Our surf school was still going on with the help of good
friends Jeff, Claudia, Mambo, and Mr. Leo it went on as
planned. Thanks so much for all the help. When I left
the water it was so so warm. But when I got back, it was
COLD!! Even with the water so cold, the kids still came.
After joining up with S.E.A. a Christian surf group,
they used their soft tops long boards, pop up tent, their
wetsuits, and my suits that were donated we are looking
good. Thanks to all for their donations.
